While I am pleased with the product, I am dissatisfied with the order fulfillment and tracking process. My order was delayed and I did not receive communication from the company. Every time I checked the Amazon tracking info it only said label created. I have had to check with customer service multiple times on my order and it took over 20 days to get my full shipment. Customer service was somewhat helpful but didn’t realize my order was coming in 3 shipments so I still didn’t get the correct info the first two attempts.

The Black Oak Glass Picture Frame is beautiful. I was looking for a real wood frame with glass, and this is perfect - not to mention at a reasonable price. The frame came well packaged and delivery was speedy. I will definitely be purchasing more H&H frames in the future!
