About Our Products

Where are your prints made? All Haus and Hues prints are designed by our in-house team of artists and are printed locally in Miami, Florida. All materials involved in bringing hues to your walls are locally sourced, including our gallery-quality print paper and water-based inks.

 

What are your prints made of? To achieve the gallery-quality we’re known for, we use a giclée printing technique that provides vibrant, long-lasting color on our premium art paper, guaranteeing archival conservation of colors with the highest possible age resistance. Our inks are water-based, toxic-free, and environmentally friendly. Individual prints are made of 270 GSM linen paper and print sets are made of 350 GSM semi-gloss paper.

 

What are your frames made of? Our oak frames are made from 100% natural Pennsylvania oak wood sourced from the sustainably-managed ​​Allegheny National Forest. Our modern frame options add the finishing touch to any art piece. Explore our frame collection here.

 

How do your sizes work? All prints are sized by their exact dimensions (ie: 12x16 or 16x20 in.). Through our quality assurance process, we ensure every Haus and Hues print is true to size.

Each frame is sized by the interior of the frame (where the print is placed when hanging). For example, a 12x16 in. print is suited for a 12x16 frame. All frames have an identical width of 0.6 in or 1.6 cm. More information can be found on the product pages of our frames.

 

Where is Haus and Hues located? The Haus and Hues office and warehouse is located in Doral, Florida, minutes outside of Miami. Happen to be in town? Contact us to schedule a tour of the warehaus.

How well do your prints fit your frames? All Haus and Hues prints are true to size. Our quality assurance process begins with utilizing an advanced laser paper cutter that allows us to reach exact print size measurements. We fit our frame moldings to the exact size of our prints, meaning we can guarantee a secure fit for each print and frame.

Are frames included when I purchase prints? No. Prints and frames are sold separately. If you would like to add frames to your purchase, check out our collection here.

 

Can I order a poster in a custom size or design? We currently do not offer custom sizes or designs, but if you have a request, contact one of our art consultants to see if we can make it happen.

Orders

I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do? If you did not receive an email confirmation within 1 hour of your purchase, contact us and someone from our team will assist you.

 

Can I cancel my purchase? We try to ship all orders within 1 business day. However, if you would like to cancel your order, please contact help@hausandhues.com and we’ll do what we can to make it work.

 

How do I know my order went through? Within minutes of ordering, you will receive a confirmation email that includes important order-related details.

 

What happens if I enter the wrong information? Don’t worry, mistakes happen. If you entered the wrong information while placing an order, contact one of our team members and we'll correct it for you.

 

Can I make changes to my order after submitting payment? Changes can be made on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to make changes to your order, please email help@hausandhues.com.

 

How can I pay for my order? Haus and Hues accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Where do we ship from? All orders are picked, packaged, and shipped from our Miami location.

 

How can I track my package? Upon shipment, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Click the number for all tracking information related to your order.

 

When does my order ship? Most packages ship within 1 business day. Orders are processed Monday to Friday with the exception of US holidays. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from info@hausandhues.com with tracking information.

 

How do you ship packages? Prints: Your prints are shipped in custom rigid stay-flat mailers. Protective packaging ensures all prints arrive blemish-free to your doorstep.

 

Frames: Your frames are shipped in custom corrugated mailer boxes to prevent any damage during the delivery process.

 

How long will delivery take? Depending on where you are located in the United States, shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days.

 

What does shipping cost? Every Haus and Hues order is shipped free of charge!

 

Which delivery options are you offering? We currently offer standard and expedited shipping. Standard shipping (2-5 days) is always free while expedited (1-3 day) includes a small fee.

 

Where does Haus and Hues ship? Haus and Hues currently ships to all states and territories in the U.S.

 

Do you ship internationally? Unfortunately, we only ship within the continental United States and its territories.

 

What happens if the tracking shows “delivered” but I haven’t received my product or if the parcel is delayed? If you’re having an issue with delivery, contact our customer service for a solution.

 

Returns

How can I return an order? Something’s not quite right? Returns or exchanges are on us for 30 days after your order’s arrival date, no questions asked. Simply contact help@hausandhues.com to begin the return process.

 

Is there a fee for returns? Nope. As part of our risk-free 30-day return policy, there is no fee for returning an item.

 

What if my package and products were damaged upon arrival? If your order was damaged upon arrival, please contact customer service for a refund or replacement.

 

I received the wrong products. What should I do? Whoops, that’s not supposed to happen. If you received the wrong products, please contact customer support and we’ll make it right.

 

The frame plexiglass is blurred and fuzzy. How is that possible? For protection purposes, our frames come with two-sided film on the plexiglass. Simply peel the film on both ends for a clear, ready-to-use frame cover.

 

How will I receive my refund? Refunds are generally posted to your bank account within 3-5 business days.

 

When will I receive my refund? A refund may take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to be processed and reflected in your account. If you haven’t received a refund after this time, please make sure to double-check the billing information on the card or payment method with which your purchase was made.

 

Do you offer exchanges? Yes! Exchanges are available for 30 days after you receive your package. If you are interested in exchanging your order, send a note to help@hausandhues.com.
