Shipping

Haus and Hues currently ships to all states and associated territories within the United States. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (with the exception of US holidays) and are typically shipped within one business day. You’ll receive tracking information in an email from info@hausandhues.com once we’ve shipped your order. Around 24 hours after you’ve received the shipping notification, your tracking number will be updated and the carrier's estimated delivery date will be available. Expedited shipping orders will be delivered by UPS or Priority USPS and standard orders will be delivered via UPS.

The delivery date is estimated and subject to change while in transit. Please keep in mind that our shipping method timelines are calculated in business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Haven't received your tracking confirmation? Make sure to check your spam and promotions folder. If you’re unable to find it, reach out to help@hausandhues.com and we will provide one for you.

Does your tracking say "pre-shipment"? It's likely your package will still arrive within the estimated shipping time selected at checkout. If this is still occurring past the arrival date, please contact us and we will look into your order.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

We love our products and think you will too. If something’s not right, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. Your items can be returned within 30 days of your order’s arrival date for a full refund or exchange. To request a return, contact us at help@hausandhues.com.
