Order Not Received – Aluminum Frames

I am contacting you regarding the aluminum frames I ordered for the art prints.

Unfortunately, we have never received the frames. According to the order, they were supposed to be delivered to the registered shipping address, but the package was not received at that address.

Could you please check the delivery status and let me know what happened? I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue, either by locating the package or arranging a replacement shipment.

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,
Isabella Velloso
