Bad experience

This was my first order from Haus & Hues and unfortunately it will be my last. I ordered an art print and gold frame. In my first shipment the glass in the frame was cracked. I requested a replacement which arrived quickly. But, sadly the glass in the replacement frame arrived in worse condition than the first. I mentioned to customer service that neither package was wrapped in protective packing material. The frame is shipped in the box and that is it, no protection.

This time it has been difficult contacting customer service. I was told I would be contacted by phone but never received a call. I am in the process of getting a refund but still waiting to hear back from customer service as the refund amount is less than the price of the frame. The print really is lovely but I cannot order from this company again. Very disappointing experience mainly for the trouble getting in contact with Customer Service.
