I've been doing the chakra meditation for years now. This is a good print, but there's 12 petals on the green chakra, not 10. I figure that and the way they sorta cartooned the eternity symbols at the crown and third eye chakra makes them simply commercializing an ancient, sacred holy practice. Aside from that it's a good poster to use as a visual aid during meditation.
