A teen that knows a lot of gaming knowledge.
Fine lineup, great gift, but should have another row.

I got this from a friend for doing my job, and I really liked it as a gift. However, it is missing a lot of important systems. While I do understand downsizing, systems like the Sega Saturn, Dreamcast, Wii U, 3DS, and PS Vita could be added, while also removing the Mega Drive II and replacing it with either the Atari 7200, Atari Jaguar, Turbografx-16, or Neo Geo AES, and replacing the Gameboy Color with the regular Gameboy. It'd add another row, but I'm sure it would be a small price to pay for an overall more well rounded list.

Packaged Well, but Assembly Required

I ordered both versions (consoles and controllers) and they arrived well-packaged. The frame insert says it's an oak frame, but it definitely feels plastic and looks like wood-carved black plastic. Also, there is a reminder label to remove the protective film from the glass but it is not glass...it's an acrylic sheet. The poster itself is a thick sheet, almost board-like and the images look decent. It arrived in a plastic pouch. You have to remove the plastic wrap from the frame, remove the protective film from both sides of the acrylic sheet, gently un-pouch the poster, and secure it in the frame.Finished look is pretty cute although the value isn't really there.

Really good quality poster!

Love seeing the different types of gaming consoles throughout the years. Love how thick the poster is as well! The print to it is really great and very easy to read as well as the different color shown! Love the extra decorations we added to our game room!

Missing Consoles

Got this for my gamer boyfriend for Christmas. I didn't get the frame included one so no complaints as far as damage. The problem is that it's missing so many consoles; Dreamcast (which he's pissed about), wii-u, famicon, etc. Also, it says console but has handhelds listed too. Like why would you have the Gameboy color and not the OG Gameboy? Lol I get it, there's only so much room on the poster but he was mad about the Dreamcast not being on there.

Came pristine and beautiful

The nice cardstock material its printed on is great. Th abridged version of the consoles were good enough for laughs and for a fun gift for a gamer, not wont be complete enough for a pro level gamer. Still beautiful and fit our needs.
