Overall, we are happy with our pictures. There are some 'strange' things about them, like the backs are different colors (some black, some white), different mounting brackets, different space between brackets, etc. This led to extra work hanging them which was pretty annoying. Many of the pictures were upside down (if I hung them as I received them, they'd be wrong, so I had to remove the back, flip the picture and add the back again on a lot of them). Additionally, our 20x20 frames are not straight- they have a bow to them from being a bit cheap which is visible when leveling. And as others have said, there is definitely a glare from being plexi glass

If I factor in the price we paid, it was just "okay". I would not order from them again & would have rather just paid for glass.

I ordered 3 weeks ago and received an email saying they fulfilled my order already but the status of my order shows as not shipped and I never received my two frames.

I love the look of the frame, but was not a fan of the plastic looking œglass. It leaves a glare and just not as great quality as if it were glass.

I wanted a coastal/beachy vibe for a photo I have and this fits the bill perfectly. Simple and nice looking. Only thing I don't like is that the cover is plastic, not glass; but that was my fault for not noticing when I ordered it.
